Celebrate Irish Art Postage Stamps
The brief was to create a set of 3 stamps in celebration of Irish artists, past and present, in association with An Post and the Museum of Ireland. The deliberate use of primary colours reflects the basis of all colour within art. The use of rectangular 'frame' shapes is a nod to the frames we often see artwork displayed in. The selected works are stand-out examples of contemporary Irish art and reflect Ireland's diverse artistic landscape in 2020.
